Elm Academy joined Ambitions Academies Trust in September 2017 and currently offers a mainstream Primary education. The Academy is on one site which is led by our Director of Primary Education, Alexandra Prout who is a National Leader for Education and our Principal, Jo Wakeman. Ambitions Academies Trust is led by the Chief Executive Officer, Sian Thomas who is a Local Leader for Education and she has strategic leadership for the Academy reporting both to the Academy Advisory Committee and the Ambitions Academies Trustees. More information about the Trust can be found on the ‘Trust’ tab. We also frequently work in partnership with our local secondary schools who are very close by.
We are a mixed two and three-form entry school for boys and girls between the ages of 4 to 11 and each class has a capacity for approximately 30 pupils. More information about joining our Academy can be found on the Admissions Policy in the ‘Policies’ tab.
